On 3-18-2025 at approximately 0325 hours, the Dinuba Police Department received a call for a welfare check at a residence in the 300 block of Hollow Way. Immediately after, a second call was received regarding a possible assault with weapons that was taking place at the same location. Officers responded to the residence with emergency lights and sirens and upon arrival were met at the front door by a young child who stated his parents were deceased.
Inside the residence, officers located a toddler and two unresponsive adults with apparent gunshot injuries. Neither child had physical injuries and were taken into protective custody by officers. No other persons were located on the property.
An adult female, 33 years of age, was declared deceased on scene by EMS. An adult male, 33 years of age, was transported by Dinuba Fire Department ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time after arrival. Firearms were located at the crime scene.
Detectives from the Dinuba Police Department were called to the crime scene to assume the investigation into the deaths. The investigation is still in the early stages and the identity of the deceased persons will not be released
At this time, there is not believed to be any outstanding suspects. The Department is investigating this incident as an apparent murder – suicide.
